Learn About Our Specialty Washes

Semi Wash

Semi Wash Is A traditional method of cleaning coffee beans. The coffee bean is peeled by a washer using purified water. The taste is based on the single origin from where the bean is from giving it a more "earthy" taste.

Full Wash

A popular washing method. The coffee bean is fully cleaned and soaked with purified water. The bean is cleaned while the outer layer is completely peeled. This gives the coffee a more fuller flavor with a light twist.

Honey Wash

Our specialty coffee flavor. The coffee bean contains purified water and the outer skin is removed but the mucilage remains. The taste will be more sweet and taste like honey. It presents a unique honey after taste. This wash takes 30 days to complete for our beans.

Wine Wash

The Wine wash is the most unique blend of Gayo Indonesian coffee. This specific blend takes 60 days to make, which consist of cherries & outerskin bathing in the sunlight for weeks to give it a taste like wine. The wine wash coffee will give you a blast on unique flavors with a hint of wine taste.

Luwak Wash

Luwak coffee is the rarest and most special coffee available. The one-of-a-kind taste of Luwak coffee develops during the unique processing. The proteolytic enzymes in the Asian Palm Civet break down the outer layer of the coffee beans. This layer contains the bitter parts in the beans, so the bitterness is removed during that process. Also, it change the structure of the beans. People describe the taste as nutty and as rich and delicious. Some hints of caramel and chocholate
